Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing to commission me! By all means, you have agreed to my Terms of Service.All transactions will be done with PayPal via Invoice and are in USD• I have the right to refuse a commission. I may refuse based on the content being offensive, not being confident in portraying the commission in question with the quality expected, or not being able to finish before the requested deadline. Please take style and skill level into consideration as I'm self-thought and my art style is constantly changing/improving.• Payment is upfront. I will provide a WIP of the image and take any changes and suggestions into consideration. Revisions can be requested up to three(3) times during the sketch phase. Color change or rendering can be consider depending on the complexity of the commission. Please provide detail reference, character sheet, and poses. Once I approve your commission request I will send you my Paypal invoice via email. I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received.• If there is a deadline in question, please inform me so I may prioritize if needed. Waiting period can take up to 1week-1month based on the complexity of the commission and my personal schedule.• Do not repost without credit or resell/trace commission art. Commissions are to be used by the commissioner for personal use. I have the right of personal commission art work, do not edit, redraw/trace and claim it as yours. When posting the commission art please add credit to @HontoMory on twitter if using art.
- I do not own/claim your own character design• All commission art cannot be use for NFT or crypto currency.• Do NOT feed the commission art to AI Art Generator.• Commissions are for Personal Use Only.
- Social Media Overlays/Graphics with proper credit
- Personal merchandise and gifts• No refunds for commissions that have passed the sketch phase. If I am unable to meet a discussed deadline or cannot complete the commission under personal circumstances, I will issue a refund for you.
